What are your shop opening hours?

Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 5.00pm

Sunday, 11.00am - 3.00pm (November & December only)

 

Can I see all your products in your shop?

Yes, all items online are available to purchase in store. 

 

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship our smaller items and accessories internationally. Sadly we are not able to send furniture or large and fragile items overseas. 

 

How long will my order take?

You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you have placed your order, this will state which delivery option you have selected and when you should expect your order to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive a futher email to confirm when you should expect delivery.

If parcels are not received within 7 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) please email sales@studiothelabel.co.uk to help locate your order.

 

Can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number which will be live after 24 hours.


What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
All parcels are sent with a signed for service. We advise that someone should be in when your parcel is due to be delivered. If not, our carrier will leave a delivery card advising you to pick up your parcel from your local sorting office.
